This 2025 Pinot Noir Rosé marks the inaugural release in the London Cru's Cool Hand Estate Range, crafted exclusively from our own Foxhole Vineyard in West Sussex. Planted in 2008, these are the oldest and most established Pinot Noir vines on our estate. Naturally low-yielding at just three tonnes per hectare, they deliver remarkable concentration and character in every bunch.

We couldn't be more proud of this new rosé. Quite Provençal in style - dry and incredibly refreshing - yet with a distinctive English accent. Bright, pure and joyful, it is as compelling at the table as it is on a warm, sunny afternoon.

On the nose, it is delicate yet bright, with aromas of wild strawberry, fresh rhubarb and citrus. The palate is dry, juicy and beautifully balanced, with fresh flavours of pomegranate and just-ripe strawberry lifted by a touch of citrus. Gentle lees ageing brings a soft, rounded texture, leading to a finish that is clean, pure and subtly saline.

Made entirely from Pinot Noir (Dijon clones) grown on the clay and loam soils of our Foxhole Vineyard in West Sussex, this wine comes from our oldest vines (1.5ha planted in 2008), hand harvested on 30th September 2025. The fruit was gently whole-bunch pressed to extract pure juice without phenolic bitterness, before undergoing alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine was then aged on its lees for seven months prior to bottling. Residual sugar <1g/L. Only 1,650 bottles produced.
