Made by Matt and Alexis Iaconis, the husband-and-wife team behind Brick & Mortar, Delta was created to make a tangible difference for the planet. The project partners with environmental organisations working to clean our oceans, fight climate change and reduce CO₂ emissions. For every bottle sold, a percentage of profits is donated to the Surfrider Foundation and Cool Effect.

Crafted with the same meticulous, low-intervention approach as the Brick & Mortar range, they offer serious pleasure pound for pound.

Sourced from sustainably-farmed vineyards throughout California, Delta Cabernet Sauvignon is beautifully vibrant with notes of blueberry, red cherry, eucalyptus, and cloves, with none of the clumsy oak and stewed fruit you often find in California Cabernet at this price. The palate is juicy and supple, with vibrant purple fruit, refreshing acidity and very soft tannins. Excellent value.

Grown in sustainable vineyards from concentrated, rich sites throughout California. The wine was native-yeast fermented and aged in a mix of new and neutral French oak barrels. 1,500 cases made.
