This delightful co-fermentation of St. Laurent and Acolon is done on the skins, followed by gentle pressing once the fermentation is complete. The wine is then further aged for a year in the stainless steel tank prior to bottling. This is an uncomplicated and endlessly approachable red wine, perfect for weeknight enjoyment.
On the palate, the wine opens up to show some gentle spice with hints of cinnamon and clove. Soft and sweet tannins keep the wine balanced.
95% St. Laurent and 5% Acolon.
The grapes are sourced from vineyards in Oppenheim and Dienheim.

Pair with slow cooked home made bolognese.
