Often described as the little brother to Bergström's flagship 'Sigrid' Chardonnay, their 'Old Stones' cuvée is so much more than that. The fruit is sourced from three different biodynamically-farmed vineyards on the Bergström estate, each located in a separate sub-AVA of the Willamette Valley region. Offering a sample of the entire region in every sip, this is a fresh-fruited, mineral laden Chardonnay with outstanding charm and elegance.
95/100 - Wonderfully fresh, vibrant and flavorful, with citrus pith and peel mingling seamlessly with nutty and warm spice notes. Remarkable acidity balances the richness of the wine.
