Alma Fria's 2023 Sparkling Rosé is the fourth release of this stunning wine, sourced from the cool climate, high altitude Manchester Ridge vineyard in the Northern California's Mendocino Ridge AVA. An elegant sparkling wine, it combines the traditional champagne method of producing sparkling wine with the wonderful summer pleasure of enjoying freshly pressed vin gris. Energetic and bright, it delivers aromatics of white flowers, juicy red berries, and citrus fruit, alongside a touch of sea salt minerality.
On the palate, mouthwatering red grapefruit and tangerine flavors amongst a continuous bead of tiny bubbles and a juicy minerality.
