The 2024 London Cru Bacchus is the second release from Foxhole Vineyard, the new estate vineyard for Roberson's very own winery. A cornerstone addition to our range and already a favourite among London's finest restaurants, this wine is a perfect match for dishes that crave a splash of citrus—think buttery scallops or fresh oysters, which pair beautifully with its vibrant profile.
On the nose, bright notes of gooseberry, passion fruit, and grapefruit are lifted by a hint of lime zest. Subtle smoky undertones add depth and character. On the palate, it is crisp and mouth-watering, with citrus and nettle flavours lingering on the finish.
Wonderful with anything you squeeze lemon and lime over; think oysters, scallops, or Vietnamese cuisine.
