This Chablis offers truly astonishing value. Eleni and Edouard Vocoret have reclaimed a small parcel of vines from their family domaine and set about producing the best Chablis they possibly can under their own label. This bottle is in magnum format.

Notes of stone fruits and citrus; beautiful minerality and refreshing acidity; steely finish; finely balanced.
The grapes come from a 3.2 hectare vineyard situated just below the famous 1er Cru ‘Montée de Tonnerre.’
Vocoret are a truly modern producer with traditional values: small production, quality grapes and terroir.
Delicious to drink now, but has the quality to mature for up to five years from bottling.
Classic French match: smoked haddock, soft poached egg, spinach and hollandaise - delicious!
