The vineyards at Mayacamas yield crops of small, intensely flavoured fruit, resulting in this beautifully crafted Chardonnay.
Beautifully balanced with great freshness, minerality, and candied lemon aromas.
Mayacamas’s Chardonnay comes from the oldest vines on the estate grown high up on the mountainside.
Classic winemaking techniques are used; wines are aged in French oak for a year before bottling.
The wines are delicious now, but best drunk after a few years.
This is delicious on its own, but particularly good when paired with crab cakes.
