This Gamay from 'New California' trailblazers Scott and Jenny Schultz is a combination of two dramatic vineyards in Sonoma County. Grown amongst limestone and volcanic soils perfectly suited for Gamay, this wine is characterised by bright red fruit flavours and a hint of earthiness. Offering refreshing acidity and fine-grained tannins, the finesse and charm of its unique terroir is on full-display.
On the palate, light, fresh, and utterly charming with a certain cranberry tartness.
