Mores is the only blend made at the Burlotto estate, a 50/50 mix of Nebbiolo and Barbera sourced from a number of vineyard sites around the towns of Verduno and Roddi. A full-bodied red, the fruit is hand-harvested before fermenting in large French oak vats and ageing for 9 months in smaller French barrels, then a further 9 months in large Slavonian oak vats. Loaded with Piedmontese aromas of perfumed dark cherry, rose, and smoke, this is a truly unique red perfect for pairing with red meat.
