This is a stunning example of Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir from one of Roberson's newest producers, the electrifying Ernest Vineyards. Loaded with cool-climate personality, this wine abounds with notes of bramble fruit elevated by a touch of spice and mint. Rounded and smooth, this is a simply superb wine that matches up with the best of Sonoma.
95/100 - This is a wonderful wine from Grand Vent, Cleary Ranch, the Michael Valentine vineyard from the Freestone Valley, and a Laguna vineyard that supplies the Swann clone. Red and black fruits are concentrated with stem inclusion, giving the wine a tremendous savoury backbone.
