One of our newest finds from France, Clair de Brumes is the exemplary Pouilly-Fumé estate of the acclaimed Saget family. Les Roches is made from a small 1.01-hectare plot of organically farmed vines growing on rocky limestone soil. This early-ripening, southwest-facing vineyard consistently produces some of the estate's most concentrated fruit, resulting in deeply-flavoured and moreish wines, with ageing potential.
