Alma Fria Sonoma Coast Holtermann Pinot Noir 2022

The Holtermann vineyard is now squarely in its prime, having reached twenty years of age this vintage. Offering a compelling mixture of blood orange and pomegranate flavors, this is a wonderful Pinot that perfectly expresses the essence of the West Sonoma Coast. Accented with hints of forest floor, mint, licorice and violets, and assembled with the purity and brightness of its high natural acidity, this is coastal Pinot Noir at its best.

93/100 - The 2022 Pinot Noir Holtermann Vineyard is deep, fleshy and textured. Dark cherry, plum, spice, new leather and cedar build nicely. The 2022 feels quite open for a young Alma Fria Pinot.
