Rare varieties that you don't often see are found in this unique blend. Trousseau Noir, Cabernet Pfeffer, Valdigué and Gamay. Cabernet Pfeffer is planted in small quantities around California. Cab Pfeffer contributes a brightness to the wine with fresh red fruit. Along with a gorgeous underlying spice.

17/20 - Light garnet. Aromas of wet pavement, cherry, and a hint of snuffed candle. Salty flavors of sour cherry, boysenberry, and raspberry are wrapped in a fleecy blanket of tannins even as crackling acidity gives the fruit a crystalline quality.
