Sourced from two vineyard sites planted atop sand, diatomaceous earth, and loam just a few kilometers from the Pacific, this is a bright and racy Grüner that only improves with age. Well-balanced and bursting with notes of stone fruit, yellow citrus, and saline minerality, Deliciously expressive and complex.
93/100 - Sourced from John Sebastiano and Kick-on Ranch, the 2024 Grüner Veltliner Meeresboden was matured in a mix of acacia casks and stainless tanks. It is the brightest and most herbal of the Grüner Veltliner bottlings while retaining an admirable degree of poise from front to back.
