Made by siblings Charles and Anne-Sophie, this Extra Brut Champagne is made exclusively from Chardonnay grown in Grand Cru villages within the Côte de Blancs - Oiry, Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, and Le Mesnil-sur. The cuvée L'Extra is loaded with freshness, finesse, and elegance. Lovely as an apéritif, this Champagne would drink brilliantly alongside a host of light seafood or poultry dishes.

On the nose, delightful aromas of green apples, lemon zest and honeycomb. On the palate, it's concentrated and structured with flavours of green apples, lemon and Asian pears. Bone dry yet beautifully balanced, with a long mineral finish.
