Made by brother-sister team Charles and Anne-Sophie, this Extra Brut Champagne is made exclusively from Chardonnay grown in the Côte de Blancs. Sourced from across Oiry, Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, and Le Mesnil-sur, this wine is loaded with freshness, finesse, and elegance. Lovely as an apéritif, this Champagne would drink brilliantly alongside a host of light seafood or poultry dishes.
On the palate, concentrated and structured with flavors of Granny Smith apples, lemon and Asian pears. The finish shows great concentration and length with a nice mineral note
