Formed through the union of two famed Champenois families in the 1980s, Gimonnet-Gonet is now headed by twins Charles and Anne-Sophie, with Charles overseeing viticulture and Anne-Sophie leading the winemaking.

The palate is refreshing and energetic, with moreish Pinot Noir fruit at its core. Charming and crowd-pleasing, it makes an elegant aperitif fizz.
