This Sancerre Rouge is 100% Pinot Noir from the acclaimed lieu-dit vineyard of Bellechaume. a southwest facing site in Bué. Made in a Burgundian style - a product of Pierre's training at Domaine Dujac - this wine is medium-full bodied, packed with an appealing minerality and attractive red fruit character.
On the palate, it is fresh with an excellent red fruit core, moderate tannins, and a wonderfully long finish.
Pair with mushroom risotto.
