This white wine from Burlotto is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, distilling the saline and mineral essences of the Loire and transplanting them to the Langhe. With fragrant hints of herbs and wildflowers and refreshing flavours of tangy fruits, this wine evokes the color and essence of viridis, the dress of the Naiads in Ancient Rome. Its fascinating and alluring taste, alongside its thirst-quenching effect, makes this an ideal Sauvignon for year-round enjoyment.
On the palate, refined, elegant, and revitalising, with enticing flavours of citrus fruit and herbal essences. A signature Langhe minerality is present, paving the way to a long and sapid finish.
