This Vin Gris is produced only in certain vintages, from 100% Pinot Noir grown within the estate. A very pale rose gold colour from free-run juice with no skin contact. Its Pinot Noir origin is apparent from the wild strawberry that leads the nose and contributes to a broad and textural palate. Red berries sit amongst a background of crushed almond. Surprisingly complex, yet delightfully approachable and lingering. A unique wine, and a perfect accompaniment to light fare and summery dishes.

Ageing was completed on the lees to build palate weight and complexity. Bottled after coarse filtration only in early-September.
