Domaine Thomas Morey Bourgogne Chardonnay 2023

Thomas Morey’s Bourgogne Blanc has been a customer and team favourite for well over a decade. It’s one of those rare wines that transcends its label, offering excellent value for money from a region where that concept is often an afterthought. In fact, this Bourgogne outclasses many village and 1er Cru bottlings from the region we’ve tasted.

Very expressive on the nose, with ripe orchard fruit, citrus blossom and a touch of nuttiness. Round and voluminous on the palate, yet lifted by bright acidity and minerality. A delicate phenolic bitterness adds grip to the saline finish. Delicious and beautifully gastronomic.
