A blend of 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc, 5% Mauzac (the local specialty) and 5% Pinot Noir, this is a delightful and versatile apéritif fizz. Think fresh orchard fruit, citrus zest, and a fine, persistent mousse lead to a dry, mineral finish. Perfect with oysters, grilled fish or simply on its own to start an evening.
