France > Southern Rhône

Relative newcomers to the Southern Rhône wine scene, Domaine Giraud is an organic winery run by sibling duo Marie & Francois Giraud. This wine, named for the two, is a wonderful, every-day drinking Rhône wine. Composed of 50% Syrah, 40% Cinsault, and 10% local varieties, M&F packs a wonderful punch of dark berry and sweet spice flavours.

On the nose, a pretty bouquet of black cherry and black olive.

On the palate, it's supple, bursting with flavours of wild cherry, myrtle, and sweet spices.

Perfect for drinking now, this wine will continue to evolve over the next 3+ years in bottle.

Consider pairing with grilled meats, mushroom risotto, or beef stew.
