91/100 - A blend of the two titular parcels, the 2022 Chablis Bel-Air et Clardy has quite a deep bouquet of dried honey and lanolin, with hints of melted candle wax emerging with time. A powerful bouquet, more classical Chablis than the Humeur du Temps, and being a de Moor wine, has much more character, of course, than a commercial Chablis. More body, significantly more, without being in any way heavy, with a citrus freshness which helps prolong the finish. Exquisite. Drink from 2025-2032.
