Sauvignon Blanc is one of the Loire Valley's most celebrated varieties. From Sancerre to Touraine to Pouilly-Fumé, the wonderfully mineral whites of this region are some of France's most acclaimed wines. Quincy is found in the heart of the region, an oft unsung appellation which makes wines just as good at a more accessible price. Domaine Adéle Rouzé's Quincy is one of our absolute favourites, with its lean character and herbaceous accents similar in style to Sancerre. Adèle farms 5.5 hectares of old Sauvignon vines, using sustainable and regenerative practices to craft a charming wine that very much sings of place.
On the palate, brimming with lemon, grapefruit, and tangerine, wrapped in a laser-focused acidity. A lingering finish marries fruit flavours with the distinct minerality of Quincy's unique soils.

It's vibrant acidity allows for pairing with a range of dishes. Think stuffed roasted red peppers, roasted beet and endive salad, or an assorted plate of fresh goat cheeses.
