Les Rouannières is a Chenin Blanc cuvée sourced from 40-years-old vines grown in the characteristic spilite and sandstone terroir of Anjou. Rich, intense, and complex, this elegant bottling is an excellent example of top-class Chenin Blanc. Drinking beautifully now, this wine has the potential to age for years to come.
On the palate, lovely acidity and complexly layered, with hints of dried apricot, peach, and vanilla.
Pair with scallops, sea bream, mussel tartar with green apples, or roast quail.
