Following his success in Provençal rosé, Cédric Bourez and his family set out to find a site with genuine terroir depth and soil diversity. They fell in love with Anjou and its exceptional old plots of Chenin Blanc, perfectly oriented towards the Layon river. Rooted in volcanic spilite and loam, the vines give the wine notable depth and a pronounced mineral backbone.
Orchard fruit, hazelnut and sesame lead on the nose, followed by a palate of ripe pear, buttery caramelised peach and a ripe citrus fruit. Full bodied, layered and long lingering.

From 30-year-old vines, the fruit is hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in used French oak barriques for 11 months.
Try it with a fragrant tomato-and-coconut curry with flaky white fish.
