Brut Océan is a bone dry, hand-harvested Jurançon Sec cuvée of 100% Gros Manseng, a main local varietal from the Jurançon appellation near the town of Pau in the extreme south-west of France. A superb alternative to Picpoul.

Crisp, white stone fruit, a slight waxy and nuttiness, underlined by saline minerality.
6 months' lees ageing gives the wine wonderful creaminess to match with the aromatic fruit.
Cave de Gan is a high-quality co-operative winery, which strictly regulates the vineyards of all members.
Drink up to 3 years after release.
Match with grilled sardines, salted almonds, or goat's cheese and spinach pasta.
