This Chablis comes from the father-son winemaking duo Camille and Laurent Schaller. Having joined the new wave of producers making exceptional quality Chablis from their family vineyards - rather than sell fruit to the local cooperative - their Chablis comes from 30-year-old Chardonnay vines. Planted on the best clay-limestone soils around the village of Préhy and Chablis, these grapes yield a wine of wonderful finesse, minerality and purity.
