It is a fruit forward and food-friendly Bourgogne Rouge, representing exceptional value as its sourced from their own vineyard sites surrounding Chablis and made to the same high quality as their white wines.
On the palate, light and refreshing with savoury hints on the medium-long finish.
The Schaller Estate is located in the village of Préhy right in the heart of Chablis but with vineyard sites across Burgundy
