This Bourgogne Blanc is the work of father-and-son duo Camille and Laurent Schaller. Based in Chablis, the estate has been in the family for generations, though Camille and Laurent were the first to stop selling their grapes to négociants and produce wines under their own name. Grown on 30-year-old parcels of clay and limestone, this Chardonnay displays intense aromas of white flowers, lemon and stone fruit, followed by a well-balanced, mineral-driven palate.
