Sondagskloof is an exciting, new, cool coastal area close to the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. Brother-duo Brett and Wade Sander switched city-life to pursue the dream of owning a vineyard. Having acquired Cold Mountain Vineyards in 2016 the pair transformed the farm in to a organic and biodynamic operation with conservation at the forefront.
This is a lightly oaked cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc (67%) and Semillon (33%), with lovely texture and balance, savoury grip and flavours of nutmeg, grapefruit and oyster shell. Pair with pork or veal escalope, or fish preparations with rich, creamy sauces.
