Thomas Morey is one of the Côte de Beaune's finest winemakers, achieving world-wide renown for his stunning cuvées crafted in the southern corner of the Côte de Beaune. Though best known for his Chardonnays, his Pinot Noirs are defined by their impressive depth and alluring structure. The fruit for this cuvée comes from two parcels of Pinot Noir vines near the village on clay and sandy soils. A simply magnificent red Burgundy, it sings of bright red fruits alongside subtle hints of wood spice and flowers.
On the palate it is juicy, crunchy, and fresh, displaying the same red fruit found on the nose.
