This is a stunning off-dry Riesling crafted by Graham Tatomer, the States' leading producer of Germanic varieties. Only capable of being made when specific conditions arise in the best of vintages, this white was crafted from a select few bunches of botrytized grapes sourced entirely from the Kick-on Ranch vineyard. Wonderfully bright with notes of candied citrus peel and honey, the electrifying acidity of this wine makes it hard to believe there are close to 70g/L of residual sugar. A simply mouth-watering wine.
