Formed through the union of two famed Champenois families in the 1980s, Gimonnet-Gonet is now headed by twins Charles and Anne-Sophie, with Charles overseeing viticulture and Anne-Sophie leading the winemaking.
Sourced from the smallest Grand Cru in the Côte de Blancs, Terre de Oiry 2016 is a racy, finely poised Blanc de Blancs, opening with white flowers, citrus zest and a subtle touch of brioche and toasted hazelnut. The palate is vibrant, precise and layered, with chalky minerality, a gentle creamy texture and a long, saline finish.
Dosage: 0 g/L (Brut Nature).
Matured sur lattes for at least 60 months.
