Formed through the union of two famed Champenois families in the 1980s, Gimonnet-Gonet is now headed by twins Charles and Anne-Sophie, with the former taking charge of viticulture and the latter winemaking. The first Blanc de Noirs made at the estate, L'Étonnant is a harmonious cuvée is packed with alluring aromas of brioche and light fruit.
85% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier
The dry and elegant style of this Champagne makes for an excellent apéritif, while its full-bodied nature means it would pair seamlessly with fish and seafood dishes.
