Château de Tourettes is French wine icon Jean-Marie Guffens-Heynen's project in the Southern France. After growing discontent with the vacillating nature of Burgundy in the late 90s, he and his wife Maine decided to not only redefine this estate, but also showcase the untapped potential of the Luberon region.

Tinus Grand Blanc Plateau de l’Aigle 2024 is a refined blend of Chardonnay, Roussanne and Viognier from the high‑lying “Plateau de l’Aigle” vineyard, the estate’s highest site at around 420 m altitude. Grown organically on limestone‑rich soils and harvested entirely by hand, the vines here enjoy cool nights and slow ripening, helping to preserve freshness and finesse.

This is a rich and complex white, with an intricate nose of toasted brioche, orange zest, dried apricot and honeyed nuts and a spicy lift white pepper. The palate is full‑bodied and textural, built on a core of ripe orchard and citrus fruit, a creamy, layered mid‑palate and a vibrant, mineral‑driven spine that keeps the wine focused and long.
