Formed through the union of two famed Champenois families in the 1980s, Gimonnet-Gonet is now headed by twins Charles and Anne-Sophie, with Charles overseeing viticulture and Anne-Sophie leading the winemaking.

L’Identité is a focused, finely etched Blanc de Blancs with bright citrus, green apple and pear fruit, lifted by notes of toast, hazelnut and a whisper of bergamot. The palate is vivid and tightly knit, with fine mousse, a chalky mineral line and a long, precise finish.

100% Chardonnay from the domaine's vineyards in the Grand Cru villages of Oiry (70%), Le Mesnil sur Oger (30%).

Matured sur lattes for at least 60 months.

Dosage 1.5 g/l.
