While rosé is most often associated with Provence and the grapes of Southern France, Pinot Noir from Sancerre, given the right terroir, can yield some of the finest rosés out there. Sourced from a blend of limestone, terre blanche, and silex terrains, Morin's rosé is complex, versatile, and full of mineral charm. It shines with notes of wild red berries and hints of spice and pepper. Drier and juicier than its Provence counterparts with crackling acidity, this is a wonderful alternative to many more popular iterations of rosé.
On the palate, refreshing and crunchy flavours of raspberry, red cherry, and wild strawberry. Electrifying through-lines of acidity and crushed rock minerality lead to a bright and surprisingly long finish. A gastronomic pink wine.
