Named for the small owls which live amongst the vines in this parcel, this is a medium-bodied and precise iteration of Saint-Joseph perfect for enjoying now or up to a decade in the future. Gorgeously perfumed and crisp on the palate, this is top-tier Syrah at its most effortlessly delicious.
On the palate, crunchy flavours of juicy black fruit are accompanied by fine but well-textured tannins. A delightful mineral tension provides backbone, while the finish is marked by a subtle touch of salinity. Lively and structured but without heaviness.
