An elegant blend of 70% Roussanne and 30% Marsanne, this Saint-Joseph Blanc is a Roberson team favourite year after year. Defined by its ever-impressive aromatic depth, this has grown to become one of Domaine Merlin's signature cuvées. Fresh and light, yet well-structured and texturally intriguing, this white showcases an alluring bouquet of apricot, almond, and honeysuckle with subtle touches of citrus and minerality.
On the palate, Marsanne contributes lovely flavours of fresh pear, melon, and a touch of hazelnut, while Roussanne offers layers of beeswax, herbal tea, and green apple. Zesty, fresh, and full of fruit flavour, this white is underscored by a delicate minerality and long, lingering finish.
