The cuvée 'Les Maréchaux' is made from a single parcel of Aligoté grown in Meursault and matured for ten months in used French oak barrels and vats.
Bright, citrusy and refreshing with a underlying streak of minerality adding dimension. An indulgent choice for Fish & Chip Friday or a warming bowl of mussels, it's equally delightful as a refined aperitif.
