Behind Domaine Aléofane is Natacha Chave, scion of the renowned Chave family and sister of fellow winemaker Yann. Biodynamic farming and a respectful, hands-off approach in the cellar are central to Natacha’s philosophy, allowing the natural depth and energy of her old-vine fruit to shine.
Domaine Aléofane's Crozes-Hermitage Blanc is a textured and elegant blend of Marsanne and Roussanne. There is a delightful floral edge to the wine, expressive and packed with pear and citrus fruit aromas. A wonderful array of Asian spice notes complement the fruit brilliantly.
91/100 - [...] the 2024 Crozes-Hermitage Blanc offers ripe stone fruits, honeyed tangerine, and white flowers on the nose, with a touch of background spice.
