L'Ecart is the only white wine produced at the Legrand estate. A stunning Chenin Blanc sourced from some of the Loire Valley's greatest terroirs. Grown organically and entirely hand-harvested, L'Ecart undergoes extended ageing on its fine lees, adding textural intrigue and depth of flavour to this clean and expressive wine. Expect juicy and bright notes of citrus and orchard fruit, alongside touches of white flowers, mouth-watering acidity and minerality.
On the palate, it's structured, with an appealing acidity and plenty of mineral tension.
