Domaine Giraud is an organic estate based in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and run by sibling duo Marie & François Giraud. Named for the pair, this is a wonderfully juicy southern Rhône red. A blend of 50% Syrah, 40% Cinsault and 10% local varieties from 40–70-year-old vines, M&F packs a vivid punch of dark berries, spice and black olive on the nose. Supple and juicy on the palate, its savoury edge and gentle tannic grip make it far more than just a vin de soif as well as effortlessly versatile at the table.

A blend of 40-70-year-old vines of Syrah (50%), Cinsault (40%) and other local varieties (10%). The vines are grown across 5 hectares in three plots around Châteauneuf-du-Pape - St. Martin, La Croze and Le Plan du Rhône lieux-dits. The wine is 100% destemmed, native yeast fermented and aged for a year in in concrete, to retain purity.

Consider pairing with grilled meats, mushroom risotto, or beef stew.
