Maubernard's rosé is made of predominantly Mourvèdre with a splash of Grenache and Cinsault. It is aged in stainless steel for 9 months to retain its freshness and bright fruit and floral aromatics. Produced by Bandol icon Domaine Maubernard off one of the appellation's finest vineyards, this pink delights with notes of lovely red berry fruit balanced by excellent acidity and freshness.
On the nose, aromas of grapefruit, white stone fruits, and red berries.
On the palate, similar flavours of fruit with a hint of salinity and surprising length for rosé.
Enjoy as an aperitif or pair with seafood dishes or light summer pastas.
