'Le Chemin' is a delightful Vacqueyras Blanc. Made with fruit grown across several plots within the appellation, the combination of hillside limestone and alluvial gravel soils yields a wonderful balance of subtle minerality and pronounced aromatics in this blend of 40% Clairette, 40% Roussanne, 10% Grenache Blanc, and 10% Viognier. Aged in demi-muids on its lees for several months to add roundness and complexity, 'Le Chemin' bursts from the glass with notes of white peach, apricot, pear, vanilla, and honey. Fresh and balanced, this is an elegant Rhône white that punches well above its price point.

On the palate, medium-bodied with gentle acidity and excellent flavour concentration. Ripe citrus flavours and an appealing saline minerality lead the way to a long, graceful finish.
