Clos des Corvées de Citeau is a monopole vineyard in Meursault, owned exclusively by Domaine Chavy-Chouet. Originally owned and farmed by the Cistercian monks of Burgundy, the walled site is defined by a unique micro-climate that encourages early growth and ripening. The plot lies on rich clay soil and produces one of the estate's finest wines.
Dense and concentrated, with notes of hazelnut, toasted bread and citrus, a deliciously creamy mouthfeel, and a long, lingering finish.
Enjoy with pan fried scallops on a bed of creamy leeks.
