Perhaps the epitome of Hudson's Chardonnays, Seashell is intensely concentrated and rich yet at the same time taut, saline and with bright acidity. A real Grand Cru of northern California.
100/100 - The 2023 Seashell Chardonnay bursts with bold notes of green guava, pink grapefruit, and passion fruit, giving way to hints of lemongrass, almond croissant, lime zest, and mandarin peel. The medium to full-bodied palate is super-intense with vibrant citrus and tropical fruit layers, supported by amazing tension and a satiny texture, finishing very long and layered.
