Domaine Adèle Rouzé’s Quincy is one of our absolute favourites: lean, herbaceous and Sancerre-like in style, with a clear sense of place. Adèle farms 5.5 hectares of old Sauvignon vines using sustainable, regenerative practices to craft a charming, expressive wine that truly sings of its terroir.
